Later I observed that soft abilities are permanent skills and they are more difficult to establish than the hard abilities commonly demanded by magnate. I ended that soft skills are human skills. They separate humans from equipments. For the previous a number of centuries we have utilized human labour to do what machines can not. First the equipments overtook us, and exceeded human beings, with their strength. Now they are surpassing us with their brute knowledge. There is not much extra need for machine-like human work which is routine, standardized, or brute.
This is why I am continuing to offer and boost the individual knowledge mastery workshop Its focus is human knowledge, not artificial intelligence. This 6 week on the internet workshop remains to straighten people, work, and learning. It is based upon + 20 years of research and practice and emphasizes discovering in communities and networks.
